What HR managers ask before signing up

What's the minimum contract duration?
Three months. This gives enough time to introduce the benefit properly, see initial utilisation, and evaluate. After three months, you can continue month-to-month or upgrade.
What do I tell employees about confidentiality?
You can tell them clearly: everything they discuss is completely confidential. I never share individual session content, attendance, or topics with the company. Only anonymised aggregate usage counts are available on request.
How does billing work?
Monthly invoice to the company. Sessions are tracked anonymously — you receive a count of sessions used, not who used them. Payment by bank transfer.
What happens in a crisis outside business hours?
Growth and Enterprise packages include a priority crisis contact. I respond to crisis situations as quickly as possible and can arrange same-day sessions when needed. Outside-hours urgent situations are assessed individually.
Can you provide anonymised reporting?
Yes — on request I provide monthly reports showing number of sessions used, language breakdown, and session type (therapy vs. coaching). Never individual identifiers.
Do employees need to speak Czech to use this?
No. Sessions are available in English, Russian or Czech — whichever the employee prefers. This is one of the core advantages for international teams.
